Collagist is a group exhibition celebrating the medium of collage by engaging artists from various fields and levels of artistic production. Considered by some to be an easy medium that requires little artistic talent, collage is instead a delicate balance of composition and creativity. Artist’s who have worked in this medium will know of the immediacy and power yielded over found images, whether for the early stages of the creative process or as a final product.
