LCD Screens presenting documentation and digital artworks sponsored by SANSUI
Please join us for a fun and creative evening where you can view the top 50 of thousands of artworks entered into the competition. Children aged between 10 and 14 were mentored, through innovative workshops conducted by artists chosen by contemporary art collective Trinity Session, to create a work of art that shows how the Olympic Games connect different cultures and capture the Beijing theme – “One World, One Dream”. The Grand Prize winner, who will be jetting off to the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games with a guardian will be announced along with the runners-up. The Children’s artwork will be auctioned off, as well as artwork produced by the mentor artists around the same theme and proceeds will be donated to an artworks in schools developmental project that works with children to creatively transform their school environments.
